Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Mash the bananas and measure all ingredients. Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine wet and dry
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake muffins
Divide batter into lined muffin tin. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and serve
Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
