No-Bake Kinder Cheesecake Bars

Base
Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
200 g
butter (melted)
80 g
Filling
cream cheese (softened)
400 g
powdered sugar
80 g
whipping cream (cold)
200 ml
Kinder Bueno chocolate bars (chopped)

Instructions
Prepare the base
Crush the Biscoff biscuits and mix with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Form the crust
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base of a lined baking dish or square tin.
Make the cheesecake filling
Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then whip the cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the mixture.
Add Kinder Bueno
Fold most of the chopped Kinder Bueno pieces into the cheesecake mixture, reserving some for the top.
Assemble and chill
Spread the filling evenly over the crust, sprinkle with the remaining Kinder Bueno pieces, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
Slice and serve
Cut into bars and serve chilled.
