corn starch

Prepare paneer
Cut paneer into cubes and coat with corn starch and flour mixture.

Fry paneer cubes
Shallow-fry paneer until golden and crispy.

Sauté vegetables
Stir-fry onion, bell peppers, chilies, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
