Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars
In another bowl, beat soft butter with brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add wet ingredients
Add egg, cooking cream, vanilla, and red food colouring to the butter mixture. Mix well.
Combine wet and dry
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Shape cookies
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place on prepared baking sheet, 5cm apart.
Bake cookies
Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
Cool
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
