Cheese Pan Bread
Quick and easy skillet flatbreads with cheesy filling
Soft, golden pan breads stuffed with melty cheddar cheese and finished with aromatic garlic-herb butter.

Filling

Instructions
Prepare the dough
Mix all dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients to form soft dough.
Knead the dough
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Divide and shape
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces and flatten each into a small disc.
Add cheese filling
Place grated cheddar cheese in the center of each disc and fold edges to seal.
Cook the pan breads
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each bread 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Prepare garlic butter glaze
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Glaze and serve
Brush hot pan breads with garlic butter glaze and serve immediately.
