Prepare the dough

Place boiled potatoes in a bowl, add cornflour, salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything well until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into smooth round balls.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully add the potato balls and fry until they turn golden and crispy on all sides.
