Prepare ingredients

Mince garlic, slice green onions, cut chicken into small pieces.

Cook noodles

Boil noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

Make sauce

In a bowl, mix gochujang, chili flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.

Fry chicken

Heat pan and fry chicken pieces until cooked through.

Add drained noodles and sauce to the pan with chicken, stir well. Top with cheese and green onions.
