Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Golden, cheesy biscuit bombs stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheese, finished with garlic butter and parmesan for an irresistible handheld meal.

mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Dough
biscuit dough (refrigerated)
1 can
egg (whisked)
1 piece
parmesan cheese (grated)

Garlic Butter
salted butter (melted)
45 g
garlic (finely minced)
2 cloves
parsley (dried)

Instructions
Cook the beef filling
Brown the ground beef with seasonings until fully cooked.
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Prepare the dough and filling
Stretch each biscuit into a 13cm circle and add the fillings.
Seal the bombs
Fold dough around filling and seal tightly into balls. Let rest.
Prepare for baking
Place bombs seam-side down, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake until deeply golden brown.
Finish with garlic butter
Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle more parmesan. Serve hot.
