Oreo cookies (crushed)

Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
Mix with cream cheese
Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed cookies and mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
Form the balls
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the balls
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill the balls for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Coat the balls
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then return to the baking sheet.
Dust with cocoa powder
Optionally dust the coated balls with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
Final chill
Return the coated balls to the refrigerator to set for 10 minutes before serving.
