Prepare the dough

Mix flour with salt and sugar, then add cold butter and rub into crumbs. Pour in warm milk and beaten egg, knead into a smooth dough.

Rest the dough

Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the filling

Dice onions and potatoes. Mix ground meat with onions, potatoes, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the pies

Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a circle, add filling and seal into half-moon shapes.

Place pies on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash and bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
