Instructions
Prepare savory brownie batter
Preheat oven to 180°C convection mode. Chop broccoli into small florets and blanch for 2 minutes. Grate parmesan. Melt butter.
Mix savory brownie ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and melted butter. Add flour and baking powder. Fold in broccoli, crumbled feta, walnuts and parmesan. Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake savory brownie
Bake at 180°C convection mode for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
Prepare banana muffin batter
Mash bananas until smooth. Chop chocolate into chunks.
Mix banana muffin batter
Whisk eggs, apple compote, honey and milk. Add mashed bananas, flour and baking powder. Fold in chocolate chunks. Fill muffin tin.
Bake banana muffins
Bake at 180°C convection mode for 20 minutes until golden.
Cool and serve
Let both brownie and muffins cool for 10 minutes before serving.
