Instructions
Prepare salad ingredients
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
Make the dressing
Whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, oregano, pepperoncini juice, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan until smooth.
Dress and toss the salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything really well until fully coated.
Rest and serve
Let the salad sit for 5 to 10 minutes, toss again, then serve.
