Crispy Long Fries

Instructions
Prepare potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into long thin strips.
Coat potatoes
Place the potato strips in a bowl and toss them with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and parsley until evenly coated.
Freeze the coated potatoes
Place the coated potato strips in the freezer for 30 minutes to help achieve extra crispiness.
Fry the potatoes
Heat oil in a pan or wok and fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy on all sides.
Serve
Remove the fries from the oil, drain excess oil, and serve hot.
