Instructions
Prepare masala base
Melt butter in a pan, sauté onions until translucent, add tomatoes and green chilli.
Add spices and cook masala
Add degi red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame. Add water and mix well.
Add eggs and finish masala
Add grated boiled eggs and coriander leaves, mix well. Transfer to serving dish and top with butter cube.
Prepare fried egg
Melt butter in omelet pan, add whole egg, season with salt, degi red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
Prepare Gadbad Ghotala batter
In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pav bhaji masala. Add water and oil, mix well.
Cook Gadbad Ghotala omelette
Melt butter in pan, add beaten egg mixture, swirl to coat surface evenly. Add prepared masala in center, fold sides, flip and cook 1 minute.
Plate and serve
Transfer Gadbad Ghotala to serving dish, sprinkle pav bhaji masala and top with butter. Garnish with grated egg and coriander leaves. Serve hot with buttered ladi pav and fried egg.
