Prepare the dough

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and water to form a soft dough.

Knead and rest the dough

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rest until doubled in size.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth to prevent the dough from drying out.

Prepare the filling

Finely chop onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. Mix with ground meat and season to taste.

Shape the pide

Divide the rested dough into portions and roll each into an oval shape. Add the filling and fold the edges.

Place the pide on a baking sheet, top with crumbled feta and bake until golden.
