Airfryer Kinder Cookies
Crispy-edged, gooey-centered cookies loaded with chunks of Kinder chocolate, baked to perfection in the air fryer.

Instructions
Cream the butter
Add cold cubed butter to a large mixing bowl and whisk until slightly creamy.
Add sugars
Add caster sugar and light brown sugar, then whisk until well combined and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla
Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chopped Kinder chocolate chunks. Gently mix until just combined—do not overmix.
Portion the dough
Divide the dough into 90–95 g balls.
Freeze the dough balls
Place the cookie dough balls on a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
Preheat air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 175 °C.
Bake cookies
Bake the frozen dough balls for 10–12 minutes until tops are lightly golden and centres remain soft.
Top and cool
Remove cookies, immediately top with extra Kinder chunks and chocolate chips if desired, then cool inside the air fryer (10 min) before transferring to a rack to set fully.
Serve
Serve warm with ice cream.
