Chicken Fajita Pasta

Diced chicken (diced)

Fajita seasoning

Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Slice the bell pepper and red onion into thin strips.
Cook chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add diced chicken and sprinkle half the fajita seasoning over it. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through.
Cook pasta
While chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Add vegetables and remaining seasoning
Once chicken is cooked, add sliced peppers and onions to the pan. Sprinkle remaining fajita seasoning over everything. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Make creamy sauce
Add cream cheese and 6 tablespoons of pasta water (or as needed) to the pan. Stir until a creamy sauce forms.
Combine pasta and sauce
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Mix well until all pasta is coated in the creamy fajita sauce.
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
