Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Wash and cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the pan
Place a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Sauté garlic
Add minced garlic to the hot oil and cook until fragrant.
Cook vegetables
Add all prepared vegetables to the pan and sauté until tender-crisp.
Season and serve
Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Storage
