Instructions
Prepare potatoes
Peel and boil the potatoes until they are soft and mashable.
Mash and mix
Mash the cooked potatoes and mix with potato starch to form a dough.
Shape the noodles
Roll the dough into small balls or button-shaped pieces.
Boil the noodles
Drop the shaped noodles into boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
Prepare the spicy sauce
Mix gochugaru, garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, soy sauce, hot sauce, sugar, chili powder, MSG, and salt in a bowl.
Combine noodles with sauce
Drain the cooked noodles and toss them in the spicy sauce until fully coated.
