Instructions
Preheat and prepare
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar
In a bowl, cream together the softened salted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add cocoa and flour
Add cocoa powder and flour to the creamed mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Shape cookies
Roll the dough into small balls, place on the baking sheet and gently flatten each ball. Add sprinkles on top if desired.
Bake cookies
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set.
Cool and serve
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
