Prepare the sauce
Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl.

Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook until golden, then pour the sauce and simmer until sticky and glazed.

Toast the buns
Lightly toast the burger buns in the same pan or toaster.
