Classic Avocado Toast with Lemon, Chili Flakes and Optional Feta

Instructions
Toast the bread
Toast 2 slices of whole-grain bread until golden.
Prepare avocado mash
Mash 150g ripe avocado with 10ml lemon juice, 1.25g salt, and 0.5g black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Assemble the toast
Spread the avocado mash on the toasted bread. Drizzle with 5ml olive oil.
Add toppings
Top with optional cherry tomatoes, feta or nutritional yeast, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and microgreens.
Serve
Serve immediately for best texture.
