Simple Pasta Salad

Instructions
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the vegetables
Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and bell pepper, and finely chop the red onion.
Make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and serve
Drain the cooked pasta, rinse briefly under cold water and transfer to a large bowl. Add all prepared vegetables and pour over the lemon dressing. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Storage
Best consumed within 24 hours. Store in an airtight container.
