Easy protein-boost spaghetti bolognese

Instructions
Sauté aromatics and brown the beef
Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and oregano and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add beef mince and cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned.
Build the sauce
Add tomato paste to the pan and stir to combine. Stir in bone broth, passata and lentils, then bring to a simmer. Simmer rapidly, stirring occasionally, for 12-14 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Season. Stir in peas and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until the peas are tender.
Cook the spaghetti
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
Serve
Serve pasta topped with bolognese, a sprinkle of parmesan and extra oregano leaves.
