Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to keep them juicy.
Prepare the Coating
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in one bowl. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Coat the Chicken
Remove tenders from buttermilk, dip in egg, then coat in the flour mix. Press firmly for a crispy crust. Let them rest for 5 minutes before frying.
Fry to Perfection
Heat oil in a pan to 175°C. Fry tenders for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Honey Garlic Glaze
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Coat & Serve
Toss crispy tenders in the warm honey garlic sauce. Serve hot with fries, coleslaw, or rice.

Storage
Best enjoyed fresh. Reheating in oven or air fryer preserves crispiness better than microwave.
