Fudgy Dark Chocolate Brownies

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare pan
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
Mix wet ingredients
Add both sugars, eggs and vanilla to the melted chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
Add dry ingredients
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt, then fold gently until just combined.
Bake the brownies
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is set but the center remains slightly fudgy.
Cool and slice
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into 12 squares.
