Cook the pasta

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add cooked pasta and fry until crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Add sauces and serve

Remove from heat. Drizzle with Valentina hot sauce, Chamoy sauce, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pasta. Toss to coat and serve immediately with plenty of napkins.
