Low-Calorie Fudgy Chocolate Cake

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk egg and sweetener
In a bowl, whisk the egg and erythritol until fluffy and creamy.
Add dry and wet ingredients
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Bake the cake
Transfer batter to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool the cake
Remove from oven and let the cake cool completely.
Prepare the frosting
In a bowl, mix yogurt, cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Frost and serve
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and slice to serve.
