Viral Dumpling Lasagna

Instructions
Prepare the filling
Mix ground pork with napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, baking soda, sesame oil, mirin, oyster sauce, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
Layer the dumpling lasagna
In a mug or ramekin, alternate layers of pork mixture and wonton wrappers until almost full. Add 80 ml water before the final layer and top with two wonton wrappers.
Steam the dumpling lasagna
Steam the assembled ramekins for 20 minutes until the filling is cooked through and wrappers are tender.
Garnish and serve
Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
