Instructions
Prepare chicken strips
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Add to a bowl with 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder and salt along with the egg. Mix well.
Coat chicken in breadcrumbs
Coat chicken strips fully in breadcrumbs seasoned with the same spices.
Air fry chicken strips
Place coated chicken in air fryer. Lightly spray with oil. Air fry at 190-200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
Prepare fries
Cut potatoes into fries. Soak in water for 20-30 minutes to remove starch for crispier results.
Dry and season fries
Drain and pat fries completely dry. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. Season with oregano and salt.
Air fry the fries
Air fry fries at 185°C for 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 200°C and cook for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.
Make the spicy yogurt dip
Mix Greek yogurt, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a bowl. Taste and adjust spice or salt level as needed.
