Season the chicken

Season chicken breasts generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and chili powder.

Prepare breading stations

Mix flour with remaining seasoning in one bowl. Whisk eggs, cream, and pickle juice in another bowl. Combine panko and parmesan in a third bowl.

Coat each piece of chicken in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then press into panko until fully coated.

Let the breaded chicken rest for 5–10 minutes so the coating sticks.
