Instructions
Prepare the sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
Cook the beef
Cook lean ground beef in a skillet with taco seasoning until fully browned and cooked through.
Prepare vegetables
Dice onion, tomatoes, chop pickles and romaine lettuce.
Assemble salad jars
Layer sauce, beef, vegetables, pickles, and cheese into mason jars for meal prep.
