Cajun seasoning

Instructions

Season the shrimp

Add shrimp to a large bowl with avocado oil and season generously with Cajun seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Cook the shrimp

Cook shrimp in a large greased skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook. Then remove them from the skillet.

Make the hot honey sauce

Lower the heat and let the pan cool for a couple of minutes, then add butter. Once melted, add Cajun seasoning, hot sauce and honey. Mix until well combined.

Combine shrimp with sauce

Add the shrimp back to the skillet and mix until all shrimp are coated in the sauce.

Garnish and serve

Serve immediately, drizzle with extra honey if desired, garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.

Reheat: Skillet over medium heat 3-4 minutes or microwave 1-2 minutes
