Instructions

Prepare the fish

Pat the fish fillets dry and cut into large pieces if needed.

Make the spiced batter

Mix all the dry spices, flours, water and lemon juice to create a thick marinade.

Coat the fish

Coat each fish fillet thoroughly with the spiced batter.

Fry the fish

Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated fillets on high heat for about 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Reheat: Reheat in oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes
