Instructions
Prepare cookie dough base
Cream together the softened butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix wet and dry ingredients
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips
Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Prepare baking tray
Line a deep baking tray with graham crackers, creating an even base layer.
Assemble first layer
Spread half of the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker base.
Add fillings
Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped Kinder Bueno over the dough layer.
Add remaining dough
Cover the fillings with the remaining cookie dough, spreading it evenly.
Top with extra toppings
Scatter additional chocolate chips and Kinder Bueno pieces on top.
Bake the cookie bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Cool before slicing
Allow the bake to cool for 20–30 minutes before slicing into pieces.
