Prepare ingredients

Mince the garlic and grate the parmesan cheese. Measure all other ingredients.

Sauté garlic

Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cook pasta

Add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.

Add cheese and finish

Remove from heat. Stir in grated parmesan until melted and creamy. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Reheat: Microwave 2-3 minutes or stovetop with splash of milk

Best enjoyed fresh. Reheating may cause sauce to separate.
