Prepare mozzarella sticks

Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks approximately 1 cm thick and 8 cm long.

Season the tortillas

Brush each low carb tortilla with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.

Place mozzarella sticks on seasoned tortillas and roll tightly, sealing the edges.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat and fry the tortilla sticks until golden and crispy on all sides.
