brown sugar

corn syrup

Instructions
Pop the kernels
Heat oil in a large pot, add popcorn kernels, cover and shake until popping stops.
Prepare caramel
Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Finish caramel sauce
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda, vanilla and salt until foamy.
Coat the popcorn
Pour caramel over popcorn in a large bowl and toss quickly to coat evenly.
Bake to set
Spread coated popcorn on a baking sheet and bake at 120°C for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool and serve
Cool completely on the baking sheet, then break into clusters and serve.
