Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic chocolate chip cookies with golden crispy edges and gooey centers, finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Cream butter and sugars
In a separate bowl add melted butter. Mix in brown and granulated sugar. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until it turns into paste.
Add egg and vanilla
Crack in the egg and vanilla mix until combine.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Combine dry ingredients into the wet batter and gently fold in until just combined.
Add chocolate chips
Add chocolate chips and mix with spatula. Do not over mix the batter.
Scoop and bake cookies
Scoop out 9 cookies onto the parchment paper. Place not more than 4 cookies on a 15x10 baking tray as they spread while baking. Bake for 12 minutes.
Finish and cool
Sprinkle with sea salt and allow them to cool completely before serving.
