Cherry Stem Tea
Ingredients
Dried Cherry Stems

Tea Liquid

Instructions
Dry the cherry stems
Spread fresh cherry stems on a paper towel or paper bag and leave in a dark, dry place for 5–7 days until fully dry.
Alternative quick dry method
Dry stems in the oven at 50–70°C for 1–2 hours with door slightly ajar or 20+ minutes at lowest setting in the air fryer, checking to avoid burning.
Store dried stems
Place fully dried stems in a glass jar for later use.
Prepare tea
Add 2 tbsp dried cherry stems and 500 ml water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Steep and strain
Remove from heat and steep for another 10 minutes. Strain and serve. Optional: add lemon, honey or a cinnamon stick for flavor.
