S’mores Cookie Bake
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
butter (softened)

graham crackers
200 g
marshmallows

Instructions
Prepare cookie dough
Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Add dry ingredients
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold 160 g chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
Prepare baking tray
Line a deep baking tray with graham crackers to form the base.
Layer first half of dough
Spread half of the cookie dough evenly over the graham crackers.
Add toppings
Scatter marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped Kinder Bueno over the dough layer.
Cover with remaining dough
Spread the remaining cookie dough over the toppings to fully cover.
Add final toppings
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and more chopped Kinder Bueno on top.
Bake the cookie bake
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden.
Cool before slicing
Let cool 20–30 minutes before slicing into squares.
