One-Pot Mac and Cheese

Instructions
Cook the pasta
In a medium saucepan, combine the pasta and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the water is mostly absorbed.
Add butter
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the butter until melted.
Add cream and seasonings
Stir in the heavy cream. Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and bouillon (optional). Mix well.
Add cheese and finish
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring constantly until they melt and form a smooth and creamy sauce. Cook at medium-low heat.
