Instructions
Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak strips with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until deep golden-brown crust forms.
Build the Garlic Sauce
Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
Thicken the Sauce
Bring sauce to gentle simmer, stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Cook 3–4 minutes until sauce becomes thick, smooth, and creamy.
Combine Everything
Return steak strips and any resting juices to skillet. Toss gently until every piece is coated in rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Plate & Serve
Arrange roasted potato halves and grilled asparagus on each plate. Top with creamy garlic steak strips and spoon plenty of velvety sauce over everything.
