Chicken Lollipops

wheat flour all purpose

Instructions
Boil chicken
Place chicken drumsticks in a pot and boil until fully cooked.
Prepare chicken meat
Remove meat from bones and finely chop it. Keep the bones.
Prepare potatoes
Peel, dice, and boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
Mix filling
Mix chopped chicken, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and some mozzarella until well combined.
Shape lollipops
Grease hands with oil. Take mixture, place mozzarella in center, seal, insert bone, and shape like a drumstick.
Coat lollipops
Coat shaped lollipops in flour, then egg mixture, then panko breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry lollipops
Deep-fry coated lollipops at 170–175°C until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
