Prepare the vegetables

Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the tomatoes. Shred the lettuce and grate the cheese.

Cook the beef filling

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
