Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Mix yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken
Cut the chicken into thin strips and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Let it rest.
Prepare the vegetables
Slice the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes into thin pieces.
Cook the chicken
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and fry the marinated chicken strips until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the shawarma
Warm the flatbreads, add the cooked chicken, top with sliced vegetables, and wrap tightly.
