Paneer Tikka Garlic Bread

Instructions
Prepare paneer tikka marinade
Mix yogurt, minced garlic, ginger, lemon juice, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric and salt in a bowl.
Marinate paneer
Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it rest while you prepare the garlic bread.
Prepare garlic butter
Mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Assemble garlic bread
Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread garlic butter generously on both halves.
Air fry paneer tikka
Place marinated paneer cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry garlic bread
Place buttered baguette halves in air fryer basket.
Assemble and serve
Top garlic bread with warm paneer tikka cubes and serve immediately.
Storage
Best served fresh. Reheat to restore crispiness. Do not freeze assembled bread.
