Prepare the dough base

Mix the sugars, vanilla, and melted butter until combined.

Add the egg

Crack the egg into the bowl and mix until smooth.

Combine dry ingredients

Add flour, baking soda, salt, and corn starch to the wet mixture and stir until a thick cookie dough forms.

Add chocolate and cookies

Roughly chop the chocolate bars, Oreos, and white chocolate; fold them together with the chocolate chips into the dough.

Divide dough into 2 large or 4 small portions and place in the air fryer basket. Bake at 170 °C for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
