Chilli Paneer

soy sauce

tomato ketchup

chili sauce

sunflower oil

spring onion (sliced)

Instructions
Prepare paneer
Cut paneer into cubes and toss with corn starch, salt and pepper.
Fry paneer
Fry paneer cubes in hot oil until golden on all sides.
Prepare vegetables
Chop bell pepper, onion, chilies, garlic and ginger.
Make sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger and chilies, then add bell pepper and onion.
Add sauces and paneer
Add soy sauce, ketchup and chili sauce. Return fried paneer to the pan and toss everything together.
Finish and serve
Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
