Cut and marinate the chicken

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and soak in buttermilk.

Mix flour, cornstarch and spices in a bowl to create the seasoned coating.

Remove chicken from buttermilk and toss in the seasoned flour mixture until well coated.
